  Idk what people expect from a chain like this. To me, the bagels are always fresh and always have so many.
  
  I hate that there's always a constant long line until 2 pm.
  
  Love the lemonade and fresh oj.
  
  My favorite is the nova lox scooped with veggie cream cheese on an onion bagel.

  Went in for breakfast food and before I could order I was told they were out of eggs (how if half the menu has eggs?) and that they were "closing in 20 minutes" when they were actually closing in 30. Since when is it bad etiquette to order fast food 30 minutes before close? Young guy cashier was nice but older lady with glasses was not. Didn't even make eye contact as she mumbled something like "here" and dumped my to go food on the counter. Get some friendly staff or you'll lose customers!!!

  The food is excellent, but the staff is ridiculous. I have never been here where they got the order right the first time. If it wasn't my order, they were fighting with customers about their wrong order. There are very few friendly staff, most are flat out rude or completely zombiefied disengaged. Today my order was incorrect and bc they didn't ask if it was Togo or for here, they wasted 2 bags. How much $ does this staff cost Einsteins? I have emailed the company several times about this location with no resolution. Perhaps instead of spending all the funds on the remodel, they should have found some better help. Also.. do NOT get ice coffee here. It's made and sits in a plastic container for hours. The result is an acrid , sour flavor. I stopped trying.

  The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and prepared for the customers.
  Our bagels were delicious. I enjoyed the asiago bagel. Mine had salmon, cream cheese, capers and onions. All fresh. My nephew got a cinnamon sugar bagel and it was very good and soft.
  The only thing I didn't like was the floor. It was not even and with my heels I almost felt. They honored my 20% off coupon.

  Nuestros bagels estaban deliciosos. Realmente disfrute my bagel de asiago.  El mío tenía salmon, queso crema, alcaparras y cebolla; todo fresco. Mi sobrino comió un bagel de canela y azúcar el cual estaba bueno y suave.
  Lo único que no me gustó fue que el piso no estaba liso y casi me caigo con los tacones que yo tenía. Aceptaron mi cupón de 20%.

  First time in this location Pembroke Pines fl.
  I always ask for Nova Lox. Everything bagel with Salmon, cream cheese, capers, tomatoes and red onion.
  This time only 2 slices of salmon, red onion cut gigantic, too much cream cheese and tick tomatoes slice.
  And I ask the lady for more salmon, I explain it was the first time I had it like that. So she say may be other place in Weston are mistaken. Really??
  They try to put tomatoes to blend in with the salmon, so it look a lot. So disappoint. We will never come back. Cheap place.
  I paid $32 for 3 bagels and 3 bottle of water.
  Don eat here. Bad costumer service and dirty.
